Overview

The session will cover how to:

structure your staff to manage your curriculum and spread workload
plan your curriculum
writing schemes of work – what you need to include
delivering the schemes of work – how to support staff
monitoring the delivery of the schemes – 3 different strategies that make sure all leaders know what is going on in their subjects
decide what action to take when things aren't going to plan
assessing the foundation subjects in a manageable way
use assessment results to move things forward
keep governors informed about the curriculum

It will be an informal session and we will give you copies of all our forms to use or adapt.

The session will also include a walk around school.
